We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts & client service manager assistant for our Delaware office. The manager assistant will work with HR and accounts team to maintain company financials, payroll and corporate tax returns. Establish and maintain successful relationships with new and existing vendors. The Accounts Manager assistance will also research and resolve inquiries and disputes associated with vendor invoices and purchase orders and assist with month-end closing procedures.Requirements:Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payrollCandidate must have on hand experience of using QuickBooksKnowledge of individual and corporate Tax returns is a plusExcellent knowledge of using Microsoft office products and generating report by using Microsoft Excel.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWe have flexibility to work from home at times.
